Had a phone screening with their HR person, followed by on-site very long interviews with 4 or 5 of their various employees consisting of canned questions from a rigid tool that most interviewers mocked. Fairly painful process.
It was clear they were unprepared to interview anyone and definitely not able to make a hiring decision. I had nearly every skill set they were looking for including developing the processes they claimed they wanted at multiple companies, but they took so long to get back to me (several of them noted that change moved slowly there, but I was hoping that wasn't filling a role they desperately needed--I was wrong!) that I ended up taking another job. I finally heard back from them about 5 weeks later, they replied saying they were going in a different direction. I had forgotten I interviewed there! Even their response to that was canned--just not a people-focused organization.
I chuckled...and notice they are posting and re-posting this job. I'd be highly concerned if you're looking for advancement and a progressive environment. This company appears far too rigid in process to be able to make a decision on anything.
