Interview
Applied for the position (in milwaukee metro area) online and about a week later I was contacted via phone to schedule a phone interview. Interview went well though they expected a three year contract commitment. I was apprehensive after reading Rexnord's reviews on glassdoor. Questions were not expressly technical, but merely wanted a walkthrough of your resume and relevant experience. I was contacted a few days later saying I had not been selected to proceed due to lack of experience.

One interview with multiple members of the team and HR. Went through the basics as well as technical questions and a skill test. Generic questions as always but lots of encouraging talk relating to growth and opportunity in the company as you gain experience. Very inviting atmosphere and temperature controlled and quiet room. Very good interview.
