process was not planed well they directly took the interview person who was interviewed me was more interested in other staff than technical knowledge in a technical interview and the que they where more focusing was how many years u are going to work with us even you say 3-5 yrs the person will not be satisfied dont get the thing are they planging all the employes for life time?
