I interviewed with HR, Regional Sales Manager and then it was a very short waiting game. I had to pass a background & drug test that really wasn't difficult. Rexnord does a 10 panel drug screen and the last eight do not really count. They just really test for Marijuana and Cocaine.

Hiring process is thorough but slow. They did a good job at communications and on time meetings. Follow up by each of the interviewers was on time and interviews started on time as well.
