Zurn Elkay Water Solutions interview questions

Delay after delay. Poor communication on timeline shifts and I had to be proactive with the recruiter to get anything scheduled... even though they reached out to recruit me. Had a phone screen, two virtual interviews, and then a final in-person interview panel. Ultimately I didn't get the offer and completely unsure why. After a month of recruiting me and being told I was one of two candidates, I was sent a automated workday email at 1am on a Saturday. Not even given a call to let me know. Completely unprofessional and lack of tact in this process.

I went through four rounds of interviews with them in November 2023, meeting with team members, hiring managers, and even C-suite executives. I took time off from my vacation to accommodate their interview needs. Today, almost five months later, I received an email informing me that the position has been filled. Fortunately, I've already moved on to a great opportunity myself. The lesson here is not to waste time with companies that don't value candidates, as they likely won't value you as an employee either.
