Screening phone call with HR person and the main supervisor/scientist of the section. Then scheduled individual zoom interviews with 4-5 other lab people with different roles. It was pretty informal, it was more like a conversation rather than an interview, which I quite enjoyed. They give you a format thing to review before the interview that follows the STAR format
