An introductory phone call with a recruiter, followed by a more in-depth interview by phone with the hiring manager, then zoom interviews with other members of the team (three others). Offer was provided quickly after the final interview.

Interview
Interview consisted of 2 rounds - first was a phone screen with the HM, second was a 3-hour onsite. Onsite consisted of a 1-hour presentation to the entire panel focusing on previous relevant projects (had to prepare material in advance), followed by four 30-minute individual interviews ranging from behavioral/technical topics.
After the onsite, I waited more than a month without hearing back from the team and have yet to hear back. This was the first time I had failed to hear back after reaching the final round of a process. Given the significant work required to prepare for and interview at the onsite, I found this to be highly disrespectful and unprofessional of the hiring team.
