A short HR screen phone call with someone who knew very little about the role and then a rushed on-site interview without proper preparation or attendance from the interview team. The site was low budget, had a loose schedule with big gaps, and was not prepared for me to give the requested presentation. After the interview, HR responded to one email and then proceeded to ghost me, not responding to any of my communication.
