Question 1
What are the important metrics for an application that handles customer account deletion from multiple games and systems?
Completed a full assignment, cleared two interview rounds, and followed up four times over three weeks without receiving any response. The interview process itself was engaging but candidate communication after final rounds was completely absent. Would caution candidates to manage expectations accordingly. Chacko/HR has scant professionalism and doesn't have basic courtesy to respond to candidates who are deeper into process, despite multiple kind follow-up mails over 2 weeks.
