      Operations Manager Interview

      Mar 20, 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Zūm

      Interview

I had a phone call with two people from the company about my experience as well as descriptions about the company and the position I was applying for. I went to an in-person interview in San Francisco a few days later and met with about seven different people over a few hours. They were all friendly and helpful in describing the position and getting to know as much about me and my skills and interests as possible. Upon arriving, I was offered coffee, tea and water and every team member would check in on me and ask me if I needed anything and how I was doing. It felt like a collaborative team environment as well as a pleasant experience.
