a2z Development Center Software Development Manager interview questions

I had 6 individual 45 minute interviews, with very little break due to the recruitment team not being organised. When I arrived there was no one to meet me or tell me where I should be, so everything ran late.

The initial interview setup was as usual. The original scheduled interviewer bailed out 30 minutes before the call. Since I had taken the time off, I opted to continue with an another one. The recruiter took 15mins to setup the new one. The new interviewer had obviously no prep but surprisingly, when I asked him, have you reviewed the resume, he said 'No' and showed no desire to do so. I guess we started off wrong with his first question, where he wanted me to write down a function and then read it back to him. I was not ready for such a question. Tried giving him the algorithm but kept insisting on the actual syntax. With over 2 decades in the software industry, this sort of verbal coding was new to me. I should've read the code to him from a website! I lost the interest and the respect for the interview. I consider the experience as the worst interview so far.
