The question was not unexpected, but it was difficult because it related to a software system this position would use heavily that I had no experience with. The system is not widely used and it wasn't expected that many (if any) candidates would have knowledge of the system, but answering honestly was key.

Describe a professional challenge that you have overcome and how that process could benefit this position. How would you build healthy working relationships with fellow administrators and then teachers?
