I wasn't asked any interview questions like they would normally ask because of my being a former employee....as in this year former. The only thing she asked was why I had left my previous branch and I went over those reasons with her. The main portion of the interview was spent going over new changes in the Bank - in particular the decision to make all Teller staff into Universal Bankers. I for one was happy to hear that decision because it will take a load off of the Relationship Bankers with things such as stop payments, debit cards and other service issues. I am sure the Tellers are likely not as happy.
