The questions were formulaic and administrative in nature. More of a box ticking exercise. Standard questions such as "tell us about a time when you missed a deadline or had to resolve conflict" as opposed to questioning my motivations for joining the company, career goals and how I could add value to this organization in my role.
Explain the deferred rent process and how the Leasehold Improvements tie in to the process.
