Acquisitions Manager Interview Questions

1,997 acquisitions manager interview questions shared by candidates

1st Interview with Head of People, informal chat, get-to-know each other. Explain background. Briefly introduced the company culture of Airalo. It wasn't a technical interview, more about interests and motivation. 2nd Interview with the COO was completely different. The COO wasn't well prepared, I doubt he read my CV in detail. The interview was really unstructured, the tone of voice and body language were not okay and thus didn't offer a professional approach. (red flag) Again lacking interesting questions and fluffy stuff. I'd expect a company expecting hyper growth to ask questions like "Walk me through your process. What would be your strategy to hire 100 people in the coming 12 months?" It feels like after 2 interviews they didn't get to know what added value I could offer them. Then I got feedback a couple of times but never got an answer. Waste of time.
