Interview
first ,recorded video interview and they will ask you four questions (e.g. introduce yourself, tell them how did you handle a problem . if you pass it, then you will receive phone interview. Finally you will have face-to-face interview. there will be HR and department heads.

Interview
There were 2 interviews. One was pre-registered video using an application and one was onsite. The recruiting process was very slow, several months.
The onsite interview was pretty strange for me. It was with another 2 candidates which didn't have any experience in the domain. I was the only one with relevant work experience. We had to prepare some presentation which we presented to them followed by a "team task" which again was a presentation. They are looking at your behavior in the team. If you are a "team player". But giving the circumstances that you work with your "oponents", i don't think it's relevant. They provided plane tickets and acomodation which was very nice.
