I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at adidas (Glendale, CA) in May 2015
Interview
Prior to the group interview was the online application. They actually do not hire outside of applicants on adidas.com/careers, theres a personality test that they also hire off of, so when it comes to that test make sure to answer it to whatever kind of employee you can imagine adidas wants. The interview was a group interview, and I believe that all other times they hired people was through group interviews. All you need to do is be charismatic and aware of the adidas brand and sports and streetwear culture in general. I do not really think that any type of sales experience is necessary because if hired the training process is quite extensive.
I Went through two interviews once I was hired, I had to do a background check. And then I had to wait to get into the system. The process took 2/3 weeks.

Sit down with employer and go over resume and explain your skills. Explain why you chose this job and why you would be a good fit. Was not a very hard interview process.
