Phone interview with HR and then 2 interviews with sales management. It was pretty straightforward and the questions were fair. They did ask for my current salary on the first phone interview which surprised me. They also asked me how I kept up with industry news and wanted to know if I was in touch with the sporting goods business since I had been away from the industry a few years.
