Interview
Interview was conducted via Skype with 3 interviewers. The atmosphere was absolutely informal and unleashing. Basically, they went through my CV to get more into details. I wouldn't say their questions were to expose my personality, teamwork capabilities, rather my awareness in digital media and ability to cope with issues occuring.
