adidas Sales Associate, Retail interview questions

Very casual, sat in a circle with others and discussed answers freely. The questions were what you expected them to be, about customer service, problem solving and how you are with following the rules. Main point is to not wear another brand at the interview, especially Nike or a competing brand with Adidas.

It was a group interview with around 16 people and 3 current team lead employees. After 30 minutes of introduction and questions, the panel broke off, discussed the applicants and came back to announce who was being offered a position. Paperwork was signed immediately after, and training was a couple weeks after that.
