I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at adidas (Newport, RI) in Sep 2016
Interview
I applied on Friday online and they called me on Saturday to set a phone interview. I liked how they were very friendly and easy going BUT they didn't send any email to confirm or follow up so that was kind of... not so "professional". The interview was with two people (a man and a woman) and they didnt call me on time for the interview or to let me know that they were running late so I had to call them and ask if everything was okay or if the interview was still happening.... That was a little annoying because you set a time and place to do your interview but then you are stuck in that just waiting for them to call back. I think it was due to the fact that they needed more personnel but still a little less professional than the other companies I have applied to.

Question 1
The question were mostly about my resume and experience but there were a couple about customer service including: what is customer service to me and a Good/bad experience in customer service. Some other questions were about my experience with inventory and management in general.
