Fairly casual meet and greet with junior members of the team to start. Then met with two senior members of their team and discussed school and work experience and the responsibilities and day to day of the position.

Phone conversation. Very personable and attentive. Interviewer asked about my history in law and proceeded to ask me where I see myself in the legal field. The interviewer asked what were my current tasks.

The interview was very disorganized, consisting of multiple handoffs between several different people with no apparent structure or intent. I would be interviewed by one individual for 5-10 minutes asking very standard boilerplate interview questions. The person would then leave and keep me waiting for 15-20 minutes until another individual arrived to ask the same or similar boilerplate questions. At times it felt as though they had forgotten I was there. It didn’t seem like they learned anything about my experience, skills, or expectations, yet I still received a job offer a day or 2 later. Which I declined.
