The interview process was very vague. Initially went through a third party agency to be sourced for the role but then was told since i had applied to the role, prior, that i would have to wait and see if my application was chosen. All in all, i took another approach and reached out to the key players on LinkedIn and had an impromptu interview. From out first encounter, the interviewer didn't seem to be engaged--this could be why this position is still reoccurring and being posted every month on LinkedIn.

20 minute phone screen. Recruiter did not phone at stated to me of interview. Phoned days later, after I followed up by email. Questions were difficult for an experienced HR Professional.
