Very quick turn around. One phone interview with HR, followed by video interview with 2 attorneys, and then in-person office "shadowing." It was a very odd interview process, however. Everyone was very informal. During the office shadow, at the end there was an interview with 2 more attorneys, where they basically asked me to do a mock consulting issue. Overall, completely just a consulting firm, regardless of the department you are going into (from the legal side). The people were overall nice, but it didn't seem like the type of job that was interesting or exciting. When I asked what legal research tools were used by the company, the response was, "Microsoft Excel" and "we print out the relevant tax codes you'll need." I knew this company wasn't for me right there.

I had my first interview on basis of my case study and the interview was very friendly. Got a call back for second round with US team. It went well, they asked questions based on my resume and general career goals.
