Throughout process they mentioned 4 different positions/titles. Either didn't know what they wanted, are completely disorganized, or have no idea what they are doing. Second interview with CEO. He was 45 min late, wore a t-shirt, was rude and unprofessional. Employees seemed scared of him. He wouldn't answer any of my questions.

A recruiter from AlliantGroup reached out to me via email saying she thought I'd make a good addition to their team based off of what she saw on LinkedIn. I followed up saying I was interesting in hearing more about the position, and proposed a short coffee meet. She rescheduled and asked me to meet her at her office and proceeded to interview me (not what I signed up for or expected!) I followed up within 24 hours and the recruiter never even replied. Very unprofessional.
