The story problem was 15 minutes long, and moderately challenging. If you're good at math and operationally experienced, it shouldn't be hard.

Most of the questions asked were pretty standard but one rather difficult one that stumped me initially was when they asked me a time to speed up a process. There is also a math problem solving question that you have to answer. They give you 15 minutes to figure it out then you have to discuss it with one of the interviewers.
How do you motivate people? Explain a time you dealt with a difficult employee. Explain a time that you increased productivity.
How do you motivate your team?
Why do you want to return to Amazon?
Tell me about a time you failed... Tell me about a time you had to deal with conflict... etc etc
Tell me about a time where you worked to improve a process. How did the end result cause an impact?
Describe a time you messed up
Describe a time you faced a difficult challenge on a project or work?
