The interview process was one of the worst experiences of my life. They made fun of my name in front of everyone, then the interviewer belittled me because I have a masters' degree and needed a job to pay some bills having just moved to the area. I would not recommend even going through the process.

You don't need a masters' degree to work at a call center. Sounds like a complete waste of time and money to me. Wouldn't you agree?
