Went to hiring fair - total process took over 3 hours ( mostly waiting to speak to someone).They provide you an application to complete and once completed you take an assessment test which can take 45 min to an hour to complete. If you pass that, you get a face to face interview. If you pass the face to face, you get a 2nd interview which is complete in a room on a speaker phone.
