Interview
A informal phone interview took place before a formal in-person. On the phone interview, they covered the basic about-you's and made sure we were on the same page. The in-person was much more thorough with scenario questions to really get an idea on how we would operate as a team and my personal capabilities.

Question 1
If you had five projects due on Friday, but only had time to fully complete three, how would you handle that?
I had a few emails and voicemails from arrivia before finally accepting a call and agreeing to a phone interview. It was extremely difficult to understand the phone interviewer and the details about the position and ultimately the effort was not worth the outcome.
