They conduct job fairs constantly due to the very high turnover rate. Attend a job fair, fill out and application and there will be an interview. This is usually on the spot so be prepared. There is usually a face to face interview and then they also do a phone interview where one or two people will go in another and interview you over the phone since it is a phone sale position.
