It was very casual and lacked professionalism, but was relaxed and seemed genuine, allowing me to overlook the former. It was lively and seemingly candid. They asked personal questions, such as having a drink after work, as they do and working long hours. Again, it was overlooked and taken with a sense of charm and candor. Background check, drug test, thrown onto the floor.
