Since I came through an agency, it was very forward. They set up an interview (only 1) you meet with the human resource dept, which are very friendly. They asked questions about your previous jobs, what pros and cons do you have, what assets do you have that can contribute to greater worker efficiency. They talk about hours and your availability to work them. They also make you feel comfortable with interviewing process, throwing in questions about yourself and favorite hobbies, which I think makes it easier to relax while being interviewed. I was interviewed by a gentleman that was very nice and outgoing.
