I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at arroHealth (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2014
Interview
A recruiter calls you and invites you to attend a remote seminar. After the seminar you are given the opportunity to take a test. If you pass the test you are offered a position pending a background check. It was initially difficult to get in touch with the recruiter, but I think it was because she left so a new person got in touch with me. The communication style of the people I spoke with was quite casual and I got the impression that this was a mass hiring and they were not being especially picky--what mattered more was whether you passed the required testing.
