Had I managed a team before or supported others in a team?
Unfortunately I cannot remember the actual questions asked in the interview, however, we had around 4/5 competency based questions. We also had a lot of questions about my current role and the tasks I complete within my current role.
Why do you want to work for Octopus Energy?
General questions about previous experience and management skills and knowledge about hedge funds etc. I was offered lower position and much lower salary than in previous company and I declined offer!
They asked questions about what I knew about the company and how I felt that I would fit into the company culture. Asked general experience questions and why I would like the opportunity for the role.
