One of my favorite question: If hired, a year from now, I would you gage if your time with us as a success? The reason why I love this question is because it challenged me to think bigger but I could really tell that they were trying to understand how the company could help.
Nothing difficult or unexpected about their interviews. Just prep with traditional questions.
