One interviewee wanted to know how I handled a situation so I explained the scenario and she got mad that I didn't get the gossip of the situation. It was a partner (employee) situation, so it involved people she was familiar with and instead of focusing on how I made the resolve in a quick, quiet and professional manner, she wanted the guts of the story. I was disgusted with her.

Tell me about a time that you received unsolicited feedback from an employee. What was the feedback and how did you take it? What did you do to fix it?
"Can you give me an example where you had to confront co workers who didn't get along? How did you handle the situation?"
Tell me about a time you deal with unhappy customer
The first and second interview were almost similar. The questions were more of management experiences. They would ask you about what you have written in your resume and your actual experiences. then would give you many scenarios and would asked you how you will handle those kind of scenarios. The first interview will give you a high hopes which almost sounds that you got the job. Then, after the second interview, you thought almost the same. Then in the end, you will get complimentary remarks and the job was given to another candidate. Anyway, it was a great experience. But I guess I was too honest to my answers.
