Basic Accounting questions were asked in technical round and in Managerial round questions related to project and some real time scenario questions were also asked to know our personality (behavior). Overall it was good experience as it took only 1 day for whole process.

The company will teach you a lot, but experience in marketing (understanding concepts), direct marketing (understanding how it differs that "Mad Men" marketing), and database management will determine which team your put on. Hardest question to answer was "Do you understand Epsilon's business model" which is still tough to answer due to all the recent acquisitions and growth (through Alliance Data) Epsilon is experiencing.

In the case study interview, questions will be asked from the case study you solved. At first, a case study is required to be solved for around 40 minutes, followed by an interview. They see your approach, than the exactness of your answer/numbers. But, more accuracy is always an added advantage. There may be a telephonic round as well, before moving to Job Fit round.
