I was asked a few times to describe specific skills and experiences that I could contribute directly to the challenges of the role. A couple of general questions about how I would handle certain situations were asked.
One example of the process was they asked if I had ever managed a program and they were only looking for a "yes I have managed a program". They did not want to hear how your experience related to a skill.
