Mostly situational and based on customer inquiries. The typical, difficult customer or how to prioritize accounts.
They primarily asked me to share an experience of when I had to solve a problem on my own that I hadn't solved before. They wanted to know how I went about it, how fast I was able to solve it, and what the outcome was.
The interview questions were standard behavioral questions as well as questions about my background.
