The phone interview was great. It was a typical phone screen going over my background and skills. -Why stryker? -Why medical sales? -What do you know about the company? Some of the video interview questions included: -Did you play sports growing up? -Do you consider yourself intimidating? -What personal goals have you achieved during the pandemic? -Why haven't you found a job yet? -What other questions do you have for me? After asking multiple questions about the sales, products, and business goals I asked about the culture. It was followed up with complete silence and then "Really?? Is that the last question you're going to ask me in a sales interview??" So I apologized and asked another business question but was very disappointed with the response I received.
