What I have learnt in each of my experiences?
Specific techniques (e.g. what sort of fluorescent dyes can be used in qPCR), differences between qPCR and PCR, troubleshooting, etc.
What is your weakness?
Most questions were related to my PhD research work. They also asked some situational questions.
The questions were technical for my job description: procedures, experience in cell culture, experience in mAbs production and protein purification. They would reinforce all the negative statements instead of being curious about other capabilities or how could I compensate the lack of experience (not knowledge, that is important to stress). The rest of the 1:1 interviews, I kept answering the same questions all over again (guess they tested coherence?), but I felt they were not really wanting to know me. I guess it depends on the team dynamics.
