Phase 1: Tell me about a time you were succesful, had a challenge. How would your students/supervisor descibe you? How to do manage stress? Phase 2: I was asked to respond to a case study. The internview was then to talk about my plan and then I was questioned about my knowledge of teaching. Phase 3: Questions were asked about my professional journey. Using my resume I had to talk about my history. What am I more proud of? What was hard? Why did I leave?
