Applied online, 30min phone call with recruiter, on site interview with 5 employees (peer, manager, analyst level). In face interview was in their Watertown campus, where we sat in a dark room in an off building where Finance sits isolated. Most were friendly, if a little dull. No questions or information specific to the job, although I got the impression that the entire organization is in a constant state of change/turmoil. Their CFO had just been unceremoniously fired, so that might have been part of it. One nervous person came across as very aggressive, and decided to ask specific questions as to the company's product names. He also seemed offended that I didn't seem convinced that what they were doing in Corporate Finance had much bearing at all on "fixing healthcare". Oh well, I'm sure he just needed a hug!
