A campus recruiter set up a call to screen my qualifications for the job. I told her about my background, previous experiences that I had, and why I thought I'd be a good fit. She asked about specific tasks, as well as why I wanted to work at athenahealth. Then, she set up an onsite interview, where I met with 3 people from the team. The second interview was basically a personality quiz, the team had decided that they felt good about my qualifications, and wanted to see if I would be a good fit for the team.
