Phone interview with team before doing an on-site interview with 3-4 people (plus the recruiter). A few days beforehand, I did a video interview with a remote team member. Pleasant process and enjoyed talking with the team- but never heard back after all that! Contacted recruiter who finally let me know the position had been put on hold indefinitely.
