Interview
I was first invited to have an Initial phone screening. During call, I was invited for a live interview. Hr rep provided assignment that needed to be Completed and presented during my interview. Had to complete assignment and send back prior to interview. There were a total of 4 sets of 45 min discussions with hr rep, managers, associates. Lots of dialogue initiated by myself.
Interview people were fine but won't follow up on time. Completely unprofessional after 6 interviews!! Have some decency to let the person know when they invested so much time. It doesn't take long to send one email.

Interview
Phone screen, one round of interview (would get decision after first interview). What threw me off was the automated “we have decided to go with other candidates” email. When you are at the final round of the interview, you would hope you get a personable message explaining why you didn’t get the job. Companies need to do better when rejecting applicants.

What do you currently do and how does it relate to the role you are applying to?
Made me go through 3 rounds without giving me an answer. Absolutely horrible communication skills from the recruiter and the hiring manager. Despite follow up emails she didn’t have the decency to reply to say if I was still in the consideration or not. Glad I didn’t end up working here.
