Read that the phone interview would average 30 minutes, but mine only lasted about 10 minutes. Followed up a few days later and was told I was overqualified. They suggested another position I agreed to be considered, but never heard anything else from HR or hiring manager. They seem very shady and if that is the case in the interview process, I guess you have to be a shady person to enjoy working there.
