Firstly you have to clear the hackerrank written test which contain 2 question avg level.
Two technical round in which they will check you technical, logical and analytical skills.
After clearing the two technical round they will give a topic to read in deep and call you for third f2f technical cum managerial discussion in which they will ask about facts, you have to be very clear then only you will through. I gave this round pretty decent but did not get any response from HR.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at athenahealth (Boston, MA) in Apr 2026
Interview
I interviewed with one of the API-focused teams for a 30-minute hiring manager round. The interview began with questions about my applications to other teams, which had already been discussed with HR, and the mention that candidates may be redirected to other teams felt discouraging before the technical discussion even started.
During the discussion, the interviewer appeared dismissive and showed limited interest in understanding the context behind technical decisions (for example, quickly judging latency as “very high” without exploring system constraints). Overall, the interaction felt somewhat one-sided and not very candidate-friendly.
