Just when I thought the pre-interview process was professional and well coordinated, the post interview process or the lack of it, is a thorough disappointment and unprofessional. Neither the interviewer not the recruiter cared to respond to emails or phone calls, after they decided not to go ahead with the candidature. If a company and it's leadership team doesn't have the honesty and transparency to share feedbacks, it only indicates, they just don't know their job well. Would not recommend this company to anyone
