      Client Implementation Support Analyst Interview

      Mar 27, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Atlanta, GA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at athenahealth (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2018

      Interview

Applied online via company website and was contacted by a recruiter a few days later. She scheduled an on site interview for the next week. I met with 4 different managers. The interview was scheduled to start at 9 AM but I waited at least 10 minutes past 9 until someone got me from the lobby. The managers did not seem prepared at all and were not engaging. It was like they were mad they had to do interviews that day. They had no copy of my resume and did not know who all I was supposed to meet with and where in the office I was supposed to meet with them. They all asked the same questions and seemed irritated that I had questions to ask them. Finally after several days, the recruiter said I did not have enough experience so they moved on to other candidates. If that was truly the case, why did she initially say I had a great resume and would be a good fit for the role
